Victory Elementary School Reviews

I am always disappointed to read some of the negative remarks especially for a school that my child has attended the last three years. He has had fabulous teachers and I have nothing to complain about. The parents are very involved at this school and that tells you a lot about the community.

Awesome school with professional, capable administrators, dedicated teachers and staff who provide a positive, effective learning environment for a diverse population. We love Victory Elementary!

My children have been attending this school for the past three years. I must say like any school it is the luck of the draw with the teacher you get. If you get a bad one look for a bad year because the administration / principal is truly lacking.

I taught at this school as a substitute teacher for a few weeks. I have never seen a better run school. The teachers are well organized and skilled. The administration has created an atmosphere where learning is fun. Anyone who sends their children here will have the feel that their kids are getting the attention that is normally restricted to private schools

Our second year at Victory has proved that it is not as impressive of a school as I had hoped. The teachers we've had, have all been 'just' alright. They struggle with learning the ropes (many new to teaching) while following the rules laid down by a strict principal. The principal and assistant principal lack any type relationship with the children (the kids do not know who they are). This gives a feeling of being in an institution instead of warm caring elementary environment.

Teachers are OK, however the administration is lacking (Especially the principal and asst principal). Schedule is disorganized. Kids spend more time walking from different 'encore' classes than they spend with the primary teacher. Lacks focused instruction. They teach to the lowest level...
